Water Droplets ~ The Ripple Effect ~ The smallest droplet of water can create ripples of difference, change, and waves. The smallest droplet of water is all that rain is, in quantity. Yet, rain can fill a creek, rise a river, or quickly become a deadly flood. It's all in the quantity, the combined direction and speed of the flow, and longevity of persistence. The smallest drop may be nothing by itself, but could be life giving, life saving, life changing, or life taking... depending on the assorted other factors. The smallest droplet of water is all that each individual person is, ultimately... in the pond of life. Some times we have to create waves, sometimes we get caught up in them because of the ripple effects of what someone else does. This is normal, this is life... be aware of the ripples YOU START, and learn to ride the waves (or dive under them). ~Terry Mercer
